I have been preselected however I have not received an email confirming this. I only have my personal number listed o the traineeship website.

Have you experienced similar issues? If yes, what could this mean, and also what could the solution be?

Also, where can I find the email addresses to which I can send my lobby emails to?

Are you sure you haven't received an email? Check the junkbox, mine arrived there and I saw it after a week! I heard that this occurred to others as well. If not, call the traineeships office, they will give you more information about this.

Regarding the email addresses, check the discussion about lobbing, there are plenty details there. For each unit, you can find on their website a detailed organigrama telling you the name of the persons in charge of each sub-division,etc..
