No documents will be accepted after April 18th 2016, 24.00, Brussels time.

I think that April 18th is included, but be careful of the time, it's 24:00 Brussels time! Smile

If it was Sunday midnight, they would say April 17th, 23:59.

Ugh I am still not sure.
They could've said 23.59 Monday too.

I think I will upload the pdf on Sunday (I am missing one letter) and then check whether I can re-upload end of business hours on Monday.

"Midnight is called 24:00 and is used to mean the end of the day and 00:00 is used to mean the beginning of the day."

So from there you can conclude that 18th of April, 24.00 is the end of that day. If it was written that the deadline is 18th of April 00.00 that would mean that you have to upload everything today.

That is how I would interpret it.
